Shipping & Returns

What is your return policy? 
We design all of our items with you in mind and truly believe you will be satisfied with our products. However, we understand that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons. We have a no-hassle return and exchange policy. It the item you received is not right, whatever the reason, return it to us within 30 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition. Otherwise we cannot accept or process your return. If we sent you the wrong item in error, of course, we will pay the shipping costs. We ship all exchange orders back to you for FREE (Priority Mail) in appreciation of your business with us. 

Where do I send returns? 
Please fill out the Returns Slip you received with your package and ship your return package by US mail (please keep your receipt and tracking number) to the address on the return slip. We cannot be responsible for packages lost en route to our company. 

We cannot accept COD’s or packages marked “Bill Recipient” and please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. All refunds will be for merchandise only. We cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.
